"This office never answers their phone. When leaving a message they don't return calls either. It's been a few times that this has happened. So I decided to finally leave a review!"

"When Morgan left I should've taken that as a sign and moved on as well. My insurance was less than $100 a month just two years ago. It had increased to over $150 with a new increase every renewal even though I've not had an accident in over 10 years or even a speeding ticket in at least 7 years. That was for full coverage on a 2014 corolla. Now I have a 2024 RAV4 and the insurance is nearly $250 a month. Felicia or whoever is supposed to be running this office never responds to emails or returns my phone calls. I stayed because my HOI is with them as well but hell, how my HOI is $1385 for a year but insurance for my car for a year would be nearing 3k?! Make it make sense!!!"
